of developing stretch marks. The oil also maintains the elasticity of
your skin when it expands during pregnancy.
Make your own body scrub. Mix some olive oil, cod liver oil, vitamin
E cream, and aloe vera gel in a bowl. Make sure you exfoliate first. Scrub
towards the heart because it improves blood circulation and removes cellulite.
Rub Vaseline intensive care on your stomach every morning and every night
the minute when you are pregnant.
Apply lavender essential oil directly on the stretch marks. It will help
them fade.
Apply aloe vera gel, cod liver oil, or vitamin E oil directly on the
affected areas. This can accelerate the healing process.
Apply vitamin K topically to help the skin heal from stretch marks. The
result depends on the severity, your skin type, and activity levels. You
should see positive results from eight days to eight weeks when you use
it twice daily. Food that are rich in Vitamin K include green leafy vegetables,
such as spinach, green cabbage, kale, Swiss chard, turnip greens, broccoli,
tomatoes, liver and lean meats and dairy products.
Blend 1/2 cup virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup aloe vera gel, liquid from six
capsules of vitamin E, and liquid from four capsules of vitamin A with
an electric blender. Store the blend in the refrigerator. Apply it on
the stretch marks daily.
